Damage?

Make a remark (note with a description of the damage) on the waybill and place the damages fixed by means of photographs. Then please contact us immediately, we will help you file the claim.

Insurance, are my goods insured?

Your shipment is insured in accordance with the AVC standard conditions (shipments within the Netherlands) and the CMR conditions (missions abroad). Please note that the height of the amount to be paid by this insurance will be based on the weight. If you are unsure whether the insurance is coverage you can always ensure additional shipment with us.

What is the payment?

We use a payment term of 14 days.

Packing, how does the Europe-exchange-system works?

Euro Pallet-exchange system is applicable only to Germany, Austria and Benelux.
You should always give advance whether to Euro pallets to be exchanged.
You will receive (usually instantly when picking up a shipment) the same number of Euro pallets that can be picked up returns. You are personally responsible for keeping the given and exchanged Euro pallets.
